Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using SoonStudio. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Intermediary Role

SoonStudio provides API relay and technical intermediary services only. We do not operate, train, or control upstream AI models. Model behavior, availability, pricing changes, content policies, and outages of third-party providers are outside our reasonable control.

2. No Guarantee of Outputs

AI-generated outputs are inherently uncertain and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or infringing. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You must independently evaluate all outputs before relying on them in production or toward end users.

3. Availability & Performance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific latency, model availability, throughput, or output consistency. Service may be affected by networks, upstream APIs, maintenance, rate limits, compliance actions, or force majeure.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for lawful use, content moderation, intellectual-property clearance, privacy notices to your users, export/sanctions compliance, and all risks arising from prompts, files, applications, and deployments you build on SoonStudio.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoonStudio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from use of the services. Aggregate liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
